Apple HealthKit: Data accessed through HealthKit is processed in accordance with Apple's HealthKit guidelines and is never used for advertising purposes.
Google Health Connect: Data accessed through Health Connect is processed in accordance with Google's Health Connect policy and is never sold or used for advertising.
If you connect Google Calendar, your use is subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We access only the calendar data necessary to provide scheduling features.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party sites.
References to third-party products, services, or companies do not constitute endorsement or recommendation by Entropy Lifestyle.
Entropy Lifestyle offers both free and premium subscription tiers. Premium features require a paid subscription.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fees.
We may offer free trial periods. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage subscriptions through your device's app store settings.
We may change subscription prices with notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing period after notice.
Refunds are handled through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store according to their respective refund policies. We do not provide direct refunds for subscriptions purchased through app stores.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access to premium features until then.
You may terminate your account at any time by:

Before filing any formal dispute, you agree to contact us at hello@entropylifestyle.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will attempt to resolve disputes within 30 days.
If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you and Entropy Lifestyle agree to resolve any disputes through binding arbitration rather than in court, except for disputes that may be brought in small claims court.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction for violations of intellectual property rights or confidentiality obligations.
Entropy Lifestyle incorporates artificial intelligence to deliver personalized wellness recommendations. Our AI governance practices align with international standards including ISO/IEC 42001 (AI Management Systems), NIST AI Risk Management Framework, and EU AI Act requirements.
All AI systems used in Entropy Lifestyle are classified as Limited Risk or Minimal Risk under the EU AI Act framework. We do NOT deploy high-risk AI systems. Our AI does not:

We are not liable for any failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or internet outages.
Nothing in these Terms creates any agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between you and Entropy Lifestyle.
